Yes, I’m writing this piece as it’s 80 degrees outside in July. But if you’re like me, it’s that time when you start glancing at the fall collections for inspiration and start checking out the early-fall pieces that have already started trickling into the stores and sites. On the footwear front, there’s one key style that basically just screams fall, and there’s currently a plethora of standout styles out there. Yes, I’m talking about black Chelsea boots.
