Questions about and product recommendation requests for "tech neck" have been a resounding theme thus far in 2020. I have a few favorites that I suggest to anyone who asks, but this one from La Mer is my favorite, hands down. There's no stickiness, greasiness, or residue here, so this oil is perfectly suitable for all skin types. Just be sure to use it sparingly and as the very last step in your skin routine to reap the glowiest result. 

What's dreamier than an all-in-one face and hand cream that's specially blended in Paris, smells like vanilla, and utilizes ingredients like sesame oil, shea butter, beeswax, peach leaf, apple, and raspberry extract to resuscitated your skin? Nothing, absolutely nothing. 

We're still recovering from the fact that two of our favorite names in beauty (Victoria Beckham and Augustinus Bader) decided to collab and bless us with some of the most luxurious skincare necessities. And bless NAP for pairing our two favorites in this (very giftable!) set. Apply this priming moisturizer and serum before your foundation, and you literally won't know what hit you.

Associate beauty editor Courtney Higgs and I are both newly obsessed with the latest launch from Dr. Dennis Gross. Trust us—afterward, your complexion will look plump, luminous, and supple. I've been using it every morning after I sweep my face with micellar water. 

It's impossible to choose a favorite skin savior from organic and nontoxic brand Tata Harper, but with winter just around the corner, we're strategically keeping this water-locking face moisturizer on deck at all times. 

We know the leap to Dr. Barbara Sturm is not a painless one. (The price points are quite hefty.) We do think the products are worth the investment, but it all comes down to finding the specific formulas that will support your skin the most. This handy Discovery Set is the perfect way to dip your toe in and test-drive a few different options for the price of one. 

Pretty much 90% of the brands on the skincare market are telling us that their product will make our skin glow. Our job? Weeding out all the phonies. That's why we're currently infatuated with Noble Panacea's The Brilliant Prime Radiance Serum, which utilizes super-smart ingredients like glycolic acid and bakuchiol (nature's alternative to retinol) to melt away dullness and reinstate smoothness, radiance, and an even skin tone. According to Courtney, this is pretty much the only clean mascara worth spending your hard-earned money on. Have you seen her lashes? I'm following her lead and already added this stunning wand to my cart.

This new shade, Chérie, couldn't be prettier and seamlessly amplifies your natural hue. Plus, it's spiked with amazing ingredients like squalane and hyaluronic acid so your pout doesn't go scaly or prune-y this winter. 

This lustrous lid topper is another standout from VBB. Wear it on its own or on top of literally any other shadow, and you'll look like a million bucks in two seconds flat. Courtney and I both love the shade Blonde for an eye-popping result. 

For anyone who assumes all finishing powders only result in the chalkiest, flashback-caked disasters of our nightmares, think again. This one from Hourglass gives you the perfect lighting effect its name hints at and magically pulls together any makeup vibe with long-lasting finesse. 

Consider this hydrating four-in-one lip compact legendary makeup artist Gucci Westman's personal holiday gift to you and yours this season. (It's one of our all-time favorite lip products.) 

And while you're at it, we highly recommend complementing your blushing lip look with matching apples and cheekbones. These handy sticks come in the most stunning array of colors (Poppet is a must!) and are so easy to use, blend, and incorporate into your routine no matter how maximalist or minimalist you are. 

Tom Ford's new foundation does, indeed, live up to its lofty name. The flexible, undetectable finish covers your bases in terms of cake-proof coverage, it's resistant to sweat and humidity, and it won't change color once you apply it. Oh, and it's filled with amazing additions such as hyaluronic acid and vitamins C and E that a dry winter complexion will oh so happily lap up. 

The ultimate gift: three different shades of classic red as interpreted by Louboutin's beauty team. As someone who owns all three, you definitely deserve to treat yourself and a loved one.

Sorry, but Courtney and I can't contain ourselves over Tom Ford's brand-new fragrance launch, and I'm of the firm belief that every human being needs it in their life. I have never smelled something so juicy, complex, and all-around addicting. It lingers and melts into your skin for a really warm and beautiful finish, but the mix of peach, davana (an aromatic herb native to India), and patchouli is so unique—I've never smelt anything like it. I can't get over it, and the second I spritzed it, I knew it was over for me and every other perfume I ever claimed to love.

Floral, woody, and a tad bit spicy, this stunning French fragrance is the ultimate find for anyone looking to reinvigorate their winter perfume collection. Key notes include jasmine, cedarwood, and a light touch of sparkling saffron. 

Each and every scent from Byredo has managed to gain an entirely devoted cult following, but Gypsy Water (a campfire-inspired melding of bergamot, amber, and vanilla), if we were hard-pressed to guess, would have to be at the top of the leaderboard. If you're looking to save some money before you go all the way, we suggest sacrificing your pulse points to the brand's perfectly proportioned roll-on perfume oils until you find your favorite scent. 

I don't know (truly) if I've ever met a beauty editor who hasn't lusted after a bottle of this iconic perfume from the legendary nose of Frédéric Malle and master perfumer Dominique Ropion. Fun fact: The fragrance is named after the 1881 novel of the same name (by Henry James) and gets its magnetic reputation from the rich mix of  Turkish rose essence, patchouli, benzoin, cinnamon, sandalwood, musk, and frankincense. It's expensive, yes, but it will last you, or whoever you gift it to, a lifetime.

This Discovery Set from Le Labo contains all of the brand's most prized scents—Another 13, Bergamote 22, Rose 31, Santal 33, and The Noir 29. Get them all and then pick your poison. 

Incense—you either love it or hate it. Since we fall into the latter grouping, we can't not mention how divine this 60-stick set from L'Objet is. As it's purposely reminiscent of 1969 Paris, light one and subsequently melt into warm notes like cognac and caramel followed by muskier strides of leather and oakmoss. 

This beautiful bottle of perfume oil from Gucci is a true collector's item for anyone out there who loves rose. It's anchored with musk and vibrant pink pepper, and there's nothing more chic than dabbing it on each morning or evening with the apothecary-modeled pipette. 

You can't go wrong with anything from French perfume house Diptyque, but this refreshing blend of mint, geranium, and patchouli is so unexpected and unique that it's gained a fast and furious following since its launch only a couple of years ago.

For the ultimate bathing experience, simply pop one of these adorable pills into your tub and sit back and relax into the physical and emotional healing powers of jojoba oil, safflower oil, hemp seed, jasmine, and rose. 

We're in love with the idea of this thoughtful Amenity Kit from the Australian brand Grown Alchemist. You'll get three of its most-wanted products—lip balm, body moisturizing cream, and hand cream.

Hands need a re-up? Scale back the flakes, cracks, and scales with a weekly scrub ritual. (Trust us—you will thank us later!)

This product has only been out for a couple of months, but I've already gotten every single person in my life hooked on it. Seriously, it's magic. I'd been struggling to keep the lengths of my bleached hair soft, shiny, and strong this year, and this nourishing balm-to-oil formula completely saved the day after just one use. My mom, who is in her 70s and is dealing with some minor hair loss and lots of dryness, is also obsessed. We're especially huge fans of this nifty little wand that targets fine lines and wrinkles on the mouth, eyes, and forehead, making it a must for anyone looking to lessen signs of aging. 

Red carpets might not be a thing at the moment, but back in the day when we would pepper top makeup artists for their best skin-prep recommendations, they'd always reveal a collection of skincare devices from ReFa as an inarguably important part of their kits.
