I believe there are two types of people in this world: those who vacation in the snow and those who choose the sand. For me, the choice is never up for debate. I mean, the après-ski lifestyle is appealing—I'm all for the cashmere sets, lounging by the fireplace, and chic faux fur—but for me, a true vacation means laying on the beach with a book in hand (and maybe a tropical drink or two). So in pursuit of this dream, I booked a flight to Florida, and I'm preparing with a scroll through Nordstrom. On my packing list are underwire bikinis, flowing linen pieces, and a much-needed upgrade to my luggage. I cannot wait to wear the following pieces.
