If You're Obsessed With '90s Style, This Is the Capsule Wardrobe for You https://ift.tt/2Q45xd1

I know what you're thinking—another '90s fashion story? Well, what can we say? We like to give the people what they want, and the decade that brought some of the best moments in fashion and pop culture just can't seem to escape people's minds. While some are embracing maximalism from the '70s and 2000s, the '90s aesthetic is still running strong in the surfacing trends you're seeing today. Some that started off as nostalgic trends are now full-on wardrobe staples, like relaxed jeans and shoulder bags.

Ahead, we've rounded up the most wearable trends that make up a '90s capsule wardrobe that will have you covered this season and the next. We're talking about miniskirts, asymmetrical tops, and a whole lot of cool accessories.  If you can't seem to let go of '90s fashion (we don't blame you), the shopping selection below will help you narrow it down to pieces you'll get major use out of.

Iconic '90s characters like Rachel Green and Hilary Banks were always spotted in miniskirts, and they've resurfaced on the runways of some of our favorite designers.

Shoulder bags are all I wear on a daily basis because they hold exactly everything I need and pair well with any outfit. While I still love my hobo and tiny bags, the ones below are the perfect middle ground.

The best thing about asymmetrical tops? They can come in the most basic colors but still give a more interesting vibe with minimal effort required.

It took me a little while to get on board with this trend, but now, I see why everyone's obsessed. The floss detailing is unique, and the kitten heels just add a little something special to an otherwise minimal shoe.

I've never been a huge fan of skinny jeans on myself, and I am ready for relaxed denim jeans to take over. (Thanks, Gen Z!) They can be dressed up or down easily, and they're comfortable. What's not to love?

The item that gets the most wear in my wardrobe is a slip dress. You can wear it as is or with a T-shirt or oversize blazer. The options are endless.

Whether it's a furry cap or a canvas one fit for the summertime, bucket hats have become a staple accessory for me.

Rectangular sunglasses seem to fit everyone's face and are being embraced by fashion girls everywhere.

When Prada released its reedition lug-sole loafers, the industry went crazy for them. Now, multiple brands have released their own takes on the chunky trend.

It's impossible to look through an assortment of '90s outfits and not spot a cool graphic tee. When shopping for them today, I always look for vintage-inspired designs that feature old-school or collegiate logos.
