6 Inexpensive Brands Meghan Markle Should Wear More of in 2020 https://ift.tt/2ryo4lo

When referring to Meghan Markle's wardrobe, the term "high-low mix" is an understatement. The duchess wears everything from H&M to Givenchy, sometimes even in the same outfit. After her and Prince Harry's South African tour this fall, in which Markle wore mostly affordable items, we were inclined to think about the affordable brands she wears, and which we wish she'd wear more of in 2020.

While we get particularly excited when Markle wears affordable indie brands, it's also thrilling to see what items she chooses from those household name retailers (that will more than likely sell out immediately). Keep scrolling to take a walk down memory lane and see which affordable brands she's worn and ones we'd love to see more of. Plus, shop the most "Meghan Markle" items from each brand.

We're big Aritzia fans over here, so we fully support Markle re-wearing this lovely purple dress, among other pieces she's worn from the brand. We'd love to see her wear more of the brand's impeccable outerwear and polished blouses too.

We were more than a little excited when Markle stepped out in a Staud dress during her South African tour. It's one of our all-time favorites for trend-forward pieces that breathe life into any wardrobe they touch. We'd love to see her in the brand's shoes and bags as well.

While many of Reformation's pieces don't quite fit the royal dress code, there are a plethora of items that do. In particular, the midi dresses, silky blouses, wool coats, and high-waist trousers would add a cool-girl touch to her wardrobe. Plus, the royal couple is committed to the sustainability cause.

Another brand that practices sustainability, Everlane is right up Markle's alley. We'd love to see her incorporate even more of its affordable, stylish basics into her wardrobe.

It makes sense that Markle would love & Other Stories. There's a great mix of classic and forward pieces, and the prices a shocking for how good the quality is.

Meghan Markle's wardrobe requires a lot of conservative pieces, and Banana Republic has plenty of those, many of which are fresh, youthful, and far-from-stuffy, just like Markle herself.
