She wore Jonathan Simkhai's sold-out Sheer Chantilly Lace Bustier Midi Dress ($940), which comes complete with a beautiful built-in bustier and see-through sleeves and skirt. Although a sheer bustier dress might seem hard to pull off, Clooney made it look thoroughly elegant with the addition of a nude slip underneath. Leave it to Clooney to put her polished stamp on a controversial trend.
